TERMS & CONDITIONS

version 1.0 - 16th April 2024

The Promoter

The Promoter of this Offer is Trend Tool Technology Ltd, Unit 6, Odhams Trading Estate, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD24 7TR and the Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control.

 

The Offer

Offer applies to purchases of the following products.  

Offer valid for 90 days from the date of the initial issue of referrer code.

 

Entry Eligibility

Offer valid in the UK and Ireland only.

Offer valid only on purchases of brand new machines directly from Trend Tool Technology Ltd.

Offer Valid provided that the ‘referee’ inputs the unique referrer code whilst signing up for a demonstration.

Both referrer and referee must approve the referral.

Trend Dealers, employees or agents of the Promoter or any of their group companies, or their families or households, or anyone professionally connected to this program are not eligible to enter.

 

The Reward:

Store credit is only valid on www.trend-uk.com.

You must have a www.trend-uk.com website user account and the store credit will be applied to your user account.

Store credit can be used as full or part payment on www.trend-uk.com and will appear as a payment option at the checkout.

Store credit can be used for multiple orders until the total amount is spent.

Store credit will expire 1 year after being awarded. 

Store credit to be issued 28 days after full payment has been made by the referee (‘friend’) for the purchase of a Yeti Trend SmartBench.

Maximum 5 claims per referrer code. 

Only 1 referral code/claim per Yeti Trend CNC SmartBench purchased. 

 

Route A - Referrer has purchased

If you HAVE previously purchased a Yeti Trend CNC SmartBench and refer a friend and they make a purchase, you will be entitled to £125 store credit.

If you are referred and go on to purchase a Yeti Trend CNC SmartBench, you will be entitled to £125 store credit.

 

Route B - Referrer has NOT purchased

If you HAVE NOT previously purchased a Yeti Trend CNC SmartBench and refer a friend and they make a purchase, you will be entitled to £50 store credit.

If you are referred ('referee' / ‘friend’) and go on to purchase a Yeti Trend CNC SmartBench, you will be entitled to £125 store credit.

If you (the referrer) go on to purchase a Yeti Trend CNC SmartBench, you will be entitled to an additional £75 store credit.

 

Store credit may be used by the referee (‘friend’) to reduce the price of a Yeti Trend CNC SmartBench, this will need to be raised at the time of purchase so the invoice can be adjusted accordingly. In the event of this no store credit will be applied to the account.

 

Privacy And Data Protection

You are providing your information to Trend Tool Technology and not to any other party.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify participants who it considers not to have complied with any of these terms and conditions or, any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.

The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims and entries including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of a participant and before accepting a claim or entry as being valid.
